Webinar info
On the 1st of July 2022 Te Whatu Ora | Health New Zealand was created. Like many functions, information and records management started a journey towards nationally consistent enterprise-wide practice and services. This session paints a daunting picture of the task; the roadbumps, the re-thinks; the money challenge and a view of some success built through relationships and trust. We also pose the question, what is our IM “bottom-line” – with limited money and resource what IM interventions make the most sense?
