ARANZ Council Positions Open
Kia ora koutou katoa,
ARANZ has started 2023 with several open portfolio positions on Council:
Treasurer - Manages all things financial for the Association, including managing accounts, liaise with the auditor and recommend changes.
Membership - Responsible for maintaining the membership database and mailing lists, organising the subcription renewals and regularly reporting to Council on membership numbers and any issues.
Co-Editor of Archifacts - Assist our current Editor with overseeing the activities of the Archifacts Editorial Board, solicit material for publication, ensure the timely production of Archifacts
Volunteers filling any of these roles will have full hand-over notes, one-on-one training time with current portfolio holders and the full support knowledgeable Council officers.
While the ARANZ AGM and official election of officers doesn't take place until later this year, this is a chance to join the ARANZ Council and make your mark on the Association. A portfolio on Council is a great way to expand your CV, meet like-minded Information Management professionals and collaborate with leaders in the GLAMiR sector.
