Currently, in order to change any aspect of the ARANZ Constitution, a postal ballot is required. This is a costly process and not an environmentally friendly way to seek approval for change. We want to streamline and modernise so that our members can make the most of available technologies to vote in future ballots.

General Report to ARANZ Branches and Members

The ARANZ AGM for 2020 has now been set for Friday, 25th September 2020 at the Hocken Library – Seminar Room, Dunedin. The AGM will begin at 5pm with drinks and nibbles, with a 5:30pm AGM start time.

The agenda includes a presentation of activities for the year by Council members, election of officers and the awarding of scholarships and prizes. There will also be a discussion on the topic of the Community Archives and outcome of the survey sent to members and researchers. This will be followed by a back of house tour of the Hocken Library.
