The 2005 ARANZ lecture was presented by Law Commissioner Frances Joychild and Assistant Commissioner with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner Blair Stewart.  The lecture was held Wednesday 16 March at the Old Government Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington as a highlight of New Zealand Archives and Records Week 2005.
