Fifty Years On...How far have we come?

The theme of the Conference was Fifty Years On….How far have we come? 2007 will be fifty years since the passing of archives legislation and establishment of a national archive in New Zealand. The Conference aimed to celebrate fifty years of our national archive, reflect on the impact of fifty years of archival legislation and look at the development of archives and recordkeeping within New Zealand over the last 50 years.
